Automating Client Onboarding

The Problem: An SMB was taking nearly 3 days to fully onboard a new client across their legal, CRM, and communication platforms.

Our Approach: We utilized strictly verified API connections running on an n8n self-hosted instance. Upon a contract signature event in DocuSign, the workflow:

  1. Provisions the new client record in Salesforce.
  2. Creates an organized folder structure in Nextcloud.
  3. Automatically alerts the Account Management channel in MS Teams.

Business Impact: Process duration dropped to under 5 minutes, significantly enhancing the customer’s first impression and eliminating manual data entry mistakes.
