The Problem: Leadership was flying blind due to data silos. Every department ran their own disconnected Excel reporting workflows.

Our Approach: We built a cohesive Data Model using Power Query, extracting from legacy SQL databases and shared SharePoint spreadsheets. The result was a comprehensive set of 3 standardized dashboards (Financials, Operations, People Analytics).

Business Impact: Time spent aggregating data fell from 40 hours a month to nearly zero. The leadership team gained the analytical clarity to identify a key operational bottleneck in real-time.
