Our Approach: We developed an interactive Power BI dashboard that consolidates data from various sources to transparently show the Return on Investment (ROI) of investing in employee satisfaction.

  1. Data Integration: Combining Kununu job satisfaction ratings with BKK health statistics on a regional and industry-specific level.
  2. Correlation Analysis: Visualizing the direct connection: an increase in satisfaction clearly correlates with a decrease in sick days.
  3. Burn-out Prevention: By analyzing industry benchmarks, risk areas for burn-out and overload can be identified early on (e.g., in Healthcare/Social Care).
